Spekko Stand is Tops at GFW Durban

The Spekko Rice Master Curry Zone became a winner this morning when it won the People’s Gold Award as the highest rated stand / most liked show at the GF & WS in Durban.

The independent survey was commissioned by the GF & WS and outsourced to Ninesquared. Media members and visitors to the show on Thursday, Friday & Saturday voted overwhelmingly in favour of the Spekko Master Curry Zone.

Spekko Master Curry Zone is a cooking competition where 27 finalists are battling it out at the stove to become the Spekko Master Curry Chef.
The grand prize for the Spekko Master Curry Chef is a 15 day trip for 2 to India, sponsored by Incredible India.

No other stand came close to the votes for Spekko.

The prize for the most interactive stand was won by Incredible India, and shared with Rhodes.
