Kuier Magazine Pienk Plesier
Saturday 11 August saw Sue-Ann Allan – MasterChef SA runner-up – taking up the Spekko apron for her first ever Spekko Rice demonstration.
The occasion was the 2nd Kuier Pienk Plesier event, sponsored by Spekko Rice, and which took place at the GrandWest in Cape Town.
A huge favourite with the 600 strong crowd at the event, Sue-Ann threw herself wholeheartedly into promoting Spekko Rice. Her dish of the day was a salmon and rice starter with rocket. This was re-created by the GrandWest hotel chefs, and a tasting was distributed to each of the guests.
