Cupcakes vs Calories
With winter comes a certain amount of laziness and a happy sense of just lounging around in gowns and socks, while eating lots of delicious treats. The only problem with this is that when the warmer days suddenly creep up on us, our jeans are a bit snug and our buttons don’t always close exactly how we want them to. Not to worry though, we’ve got a plan for you to have your rice cake, and eat it too!
Set an exercise routine
Though the inspiration to go to the gym on a cold, rainy day may be hard to muster, try thinking of how your body will be thanking you later on. Even if it’s just once or twice a week, go! If you really, really can’t leave your house though because it’s too chilly, make up for it by taking the stairs at work or taking a brisk walk to the nearby store – you’ll basically be running to get out of the cold as soon as possible anyway!
Don’t deprive yourself of the good stuff
Enjoy that cupcake and enjoy that extra piece of pie if you want to! Just keep in mind that for the rest of that day, you might want to watch those calories and make sure that you eat clean to make up for your cheat.
