Spiced Rice Breakfast Porridge with Caramelised Banana

1 ½ cups cooked Spekko Long Grain White Rice
½ cup milk
½ cup cream
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cardamom
1 tsp vanilla essence
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp honey
For the Topping
1 banana sliced lengthwise, caramelised in a pan with 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp sugar
Some crushed nuts
In a small saucepan, combine the cooked rice and milk. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until warmed through and creamy (approximately 2-3 minutes).
Stir in the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Add honey to taste and mix thoroughly.
To serve, pour the porridge into bowls. Top with the caramelised banana slices and nuts.
