1 ½ cups cooked Spekko Long Grain White Rice
½ cup milk
½ cup cream
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cardamom
1 tsp vanilla essence
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp honey

For the Topping
1 banana sliced lengthwise, caramelised in a pan with 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp sugar
Some crushed nuts

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the cooked rice and milk. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until warmed through and creamy (approximately 2-3 minutes).

  2. Stir in the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Add honey to taste and mix thoroughly.

  3. To serve, pour the porridge into bowls. Top with the caramelised banana slices and nuts.
