2 chicken breasts
45 ml (3 tbsp) honey
30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) ginger powder
1 red chilli, finely sliced
30 ml (2 tbsp) peanut oil
15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame seeds
½ bunch spring onions, chopped
65 ml (1/4 cup) chopped fresh coriander
250 ml (1 cup) cooked Spekko Royal Umbrella Jasmine Rice
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Marinate chicken in honey, soy sauce, ginger powder, red chilli, peanut oil and salt.
3.Grill for 20 minutes, basting regularly.
4.Toast the sesame seeds.
5.Mix salad onions, sesame seeds and coriander into the rice.
6.Plate the rice and serve the chicken on top.
