60g onion, chopped
30g chopped parsley
500g Spekko Long Grain Parboiled Rice
4 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
1.sauté chopped onion and half the butter butter till transparent add the peas and the chopped parsley. Add a little water and add peas. Cook until water evaporates, taking care not to burn the peas.
2.Add the rest of the butter and the rice and stir until the rice is butter coated. Add water salt and pepper. Cook stirring until the rice is cooked, and serve hot
