Crispy beef and vegetable stir-fry with rice
A very quick, easy and "more-ish†family dinner.
Ingredients
- 110 g cornflour
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 500 g beef steak, cut into strips
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) oil
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 red chillies, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 4 spring onions, cut into thin strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) sugar
- 30 ml (2bsp) white wine vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) soy sauce
- 4 cups cooked Spekko Long Grain Parboiled Rice
- oil for deep-frying
